Well, I have had a Speedhawk box in my Chrysler 300C for 2 years and 50,000 miles and have never noticed much difference in economy under most driving conditions. I was working it out by the tank full and I consistently got 20 - 26 driving all day in London, 26 - 35 mixed driving, 40+ on a run - which is more or less what the factory figures state.
The computer mpg readout on the car is not accurate with the Speedhawk or any other chip installed.
These onboard computer mpg figures were set up on a rolling road in the factory with brand new cars and specific tolerances - this isn't real life.
If you take into consideration age, mileage, tyres, weather etc and then add any chip box then these mpg figures are way, way off.
I am not disputing the fact that this device give you more mpg but I do question the accuracy of some of the computer mpg readings quoted by "happy customers."
What I do love about it is the extra bhp oomph that I get! Turn it up to 6 or 7 and hit the throttle and I am flying. Amazing response with no turbo lag. Great when you need the power. If you turn it of for a while and then back back on again it is like driving a different car.
On the whole I am very happy with the SpeedHawk - I have had cheaper, inferior chip boxes in the past but this is the best so far.

I drive a Chrysler Touring 300C I have had my Speedhawk box fitted for over two years. The best money I have spent on my car and I have spent a lot. Around town I average 30mph and on the motorway I average 50+ I have even for a short period achived 65mph this is in a car that weights two tonns. If you stay a 70mph for long periods you can easily average 55mpg. I like the fact that you can adjust the box, but I have kept mine on number 3 all the time as economy was the reason I bought it.
I cannot recommend this box enough.

Honda CRV 2.2i ctdi 2007 dec 2010
Fitted in around 10 mins, remove top cover from engine, disconect plug on end of common rail, fitted unit 2 x plugs, then tested as per instructions, using setting number 5, there was an imediate improvement in torque noticed, the onboard mpg figure averaged out around 34mpg before fitting, it is now averaging around 41 or 42mpg, there is always a bit of discrepency from the onboard system in my view, but this seams to be quite close to the improvement going by reduced fuel stops etc, I have not yet tried the remaining settings as i'm happy for now and don't have the time to compare just now I will comment again after testing the other settings, very happy with the purchase so far.

I bought a speedhawk in December 2009 for my 2.0 DCI Renault Laguna Coupe. Fitting was very straightforward although I did need some hand holding due to the layout of the Renault engine. BHPPlus were very helpful and tolerant of my dumb questions. Once fitted the box has fulfilled all my expectations. Acceleration and low speed pull is much improved. On a 2000 Km round trip to southern Germany on autoroutes and autobahns I averaged approx 58 mpg.
I heartily recommend this box!!

Thankyou for your great comment, we put a lot of time and effort in to make sure our product offers the best value for money. Providing a 'quality' product is far more important to us than providing a 'cheap' product.

I will be purchasing a Chrysler 300c CRD Touring for my chauffeur business very soon. So I have been scouring the web looking for a chip tuning box to save me some money in fuel (40-50,000 miles a year).
Your above explanation is a breath of fresh air - I have read so such hipe and bullshit from so many companies and individuals selling tuning chips that I was about to give up and not bother, rather than risk my money and possibly damage my lovely new car!
I have not seen so far on the web at least, another product that offers as much for the price - the remote control is a great idea - what to speak of the lifetime warranty!
So I have bookmarked this site and I WILL be back.
